FCM has released their recommendations for emergency federal funding for municipalities. The plan highlights the challenges facing municipalities – including non-recoverable losses from foregone revenues & unexpected costs – and proposes solutions. We were pleased to provide input for our members through direct work with FCM and weekly national calls.
